xmkmf doesn't work??

Anyone else ran into this problem?
Whenever I run xmkmf I get:
Imake.tmpl No such file or Directory
I did a serach on the system I it doesnt appear that I have that file
anywhere.... What can I do? Is there a package that I left out?
