Hello. I have noticed that when I try running xosview, I get
a segmentation fault, and a complaint that

  /proc/net/ip_acct can't be opened.

As far as I know, the presence of that file is dependent on
IP accounting being in the kernel, and since that file doesn't
exist, then I might not have that defined.

However, I shouldn't _need_ to have this in the kernel - previous
versions of xosview have worked fine, even if that feature has
not been present.

Is this a bug?
