I have disabled Plug and play as much as I could through 3C5X9CFG.EXE

I have noticed that I am receiving those errors when the card is plugged
to a heavy loaded network segment; and at a intollerable rate;
I have switched the cards, so 3c509 is in other network;
Anyway, I would lova to know how to correct the problem.
