I don't think so. And I'm not sure one is needed. There's not much to do.
The install docs are pretty good, more than most will need in fact.
The essential things are moving the app and library. You also need to
make sure the nls directory exists, since Netscape is linked against
X11R5, I think. Are you having a problem?
