disgust for what you have received for your $. It is fanatical to say
different. I would suggest you use a different outlet for that, such as
direct contact with Redhat. Writing to this list will not get you
anywhere, and just sounds like whining, considering only 2-3 Redhat people
read this (and I don't believe that it is required of them.)
I respect Redhat for what they are doing, but if you are not happy with
the service you receive, you should take it to them directly, and not
here. Obviously, people who are on this list (some who don't even use
linux for anything important, just as a hobby) are for the most part going
to have some type of emotional attachment to RedHat Linux, and may see
such criticism as a direct attack on them personally.
IMHO, (without trying to offend anyone) what you did/are doing, is the
equivalent of being upset with Ford Motor Co. for the service they
have/haven't given you, and writing letters expressing your anger to the
Ford Motor Co. official Fan Club and Driver Group.
