Not meaning to be bogue, but I know what its like
to be tech support in a small company. RedHat is
a small company that got a LOT more interest in
their product than they expected. They CAN'T
possibly support everyone at once, are you are
bound to have to wait a little. You'd understand
their position much better if you have ever been
involved in BEING tech support as myself. Anyhow,
on with the show.
