True. I had to add the drivers manually. Still, it is better than
no disk, even if you have to modify the contents. It is far more
difficult to modify the contents of a compressed ramdisk (boot/root)
for Linux. For me at least.
Besides, I really used this argument as a joke, as indicated by
the well known sequence of characters at the end of the line you
quoted. I am not the greatest fan of M$.
Can you (or whoever else) answer my main questions though ?
Is it true that every user who has spent some time
configuring their system and doing some work on it
needs a rescue diskette?
Is it true that every developer should have a disaster disk?
Is it difficult for that developer to put its image on the WWW site?
Is it difficult to work out the least common denominator
for a rescue disk which would work on most popular systems?
I believe that the answers are YYNN. If I am missing anything, please
do correct me.
