Who is they? It's certainly not RH.

Well, calling them from Japan just isn't gonna happen. It costs too
much, and they're asleep when I'm awake, and vice versa.
But I've emailed the living tar out of 'em. Hasn't done a lick of
good, though. They just don't answer questions. Period.
They told me I'd have to wait 4-5 days in a support queue.
Okay. I'm still waiting more than a month later. This is
extraordinary, for sure, but not in the way you meant it. ^_^
