Rest assured you weren't the only one.  Took us a couple of goes to 
get our CD :-) and then it arrived 4 weeks late ... but then what do 
you expect getting to Australia :-)

Agree 100%.  The CD is great, the manual just as good and everything 
appears as it should.  When you make a complaint to REDHAT, sure it 
may take a while but they are more than obliging.  As above we too 
have been offered recompense on the amount we paid for "express" 
delivery.  Heck .. now that they offered me a refund I am more likely 
to say keep it and hang  in there.

As always ... Linux isn't Win95, NT ... it is a community based thing 
and these guys sure aint making a lot of profit on a $50 CD
