G'Day,
Recently installed (and patched) RHCL4.0 on the branches web server at
work. All is functioning well except for the IMAP/POP support, which
point blank refuses to authenicate users. Anyone else experiencing
similar problem or is it just me?
Normally I hack around in /etc/passwd by hand but this appeared to have
no affect, esp in regard to adding users. Did I miss an important step
in this process, such as informing PAM of the changes? Or was I just
having a really bad day?
