Everyone complaining about Red Hat, please keep in mind that the folks
from Red Hat that post to redhat-list are not (I believe) part of Red
Hat's support staff. They are Red Hat developers; their jobs at Red
Hat are not to provide direct support. Whatever you think of Red Hat's
support team, please remember that the Red Hat development team has done
a fantastic job (even if there's still work to do), and that they make
an extraordinary effort to communicate with users of their products.

Also, I'd like to encourage anyone that has a gripe with Red Hat's support
to *call* Red Hat and complain. Ask to speak with a support supervisor.
Don't assume your complaints in redhat-list will cause things to happen.
From my perspective, anyone that complains in redhat-list *without*
making an effort to call someone at Red Hat isn't actually interested
in getting support, but is instead interested in tarnishing Red Hat's
good name out of malice.
