Are the Motif 2.0 spec file and source diffs available?

Hello all,
Our site has a source code site-license for Motif 2.0.1, so I
wanted to make an RPM for the various architectures at our site.
Does it violate the license agreement of Red Hat Software's Motif
2.0 product to freely distribute their RPM spec file and their diffs
(if any) against the Motif 2.0.1 source code? If not, how might I
obtain them?
