Tnos2.10 does not start

Hi,
last night i changed my PacketRadioBox from Slakware3 to RedHat
3.0.3 (Picasso) and Tnos210 will not come up again. It says something
like 'cannot lock /dev/ttyS0 - no such fi....'
/dev/ttyS0 exists, i think it's about the location/name of a
lockfile for /dev/ttyS0. If someone's got an answer - pse enlighten me.
