Sendmail Setup Questions

I'm trying to set up sendmail so I can send and receive mail from my LInux
system, and I'm a little confused. I've read the docs, HOWTOs etc., but am
unsure what to include in my mc file. I want to receive mail from a pop
server and send it to a smtp server over a a dialup ppp link. I'd like to
set it up so that two users could receive mail on the local LInux computer
that was sent to whatever@midway.uchicago.edu. Any help pointers to
additional documentation etc. would be greatly appreciated thanks. This
is, of course, on redhat 4.0. I've got fetchmail installed but not
running, and need a local mail delivery agent (deliver?) if one is not
included with redhat.
