How do I connect to my Xwindows remotely?

I have a RH4.0 Machine that I installed XWindows on, and I'd like to
connect to it through our LAN. I have a program on my windows machine
called Xwin32 that is supposed to connect to Xwindows servers. How do I
make my Linux machine a server? It is running Xfree 3.1.2.
