I asked several times myself.:) Apparently the current default setup of fvwm95-2 that comes
with RHCL 4.0 conflicts with the previous rpms of fvwm2 that were used in 3.0.3.
The src is in ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/SRPMS/fvwm2-2.0.43-1.src.rpm.
I tried and decided my Accelerated-X CDE or my MWM or my FVWM desktop were best,
and didn't try re-building the src. My guess is you will basically un-install 100%
of TheNextLevel stuff to make it work.
