Assuming your box is set up properly, and using 2.X.X kernel, you should
be able to do this:

ifconfig eth0:0 xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
route add -host xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx dev eth0:0

For addtional ones, just change eth0:0 to eth0:1, eth0:2 etc...
