Mail to root is not given to ~root/Mailbox. Instead, it goes wherever
~alias/.qmail-root says to send it. On my system, I created a secondary
mail folder in MY home directory, and have PINE set up to know about
multiple incoming mailboxes (for that matter, in my home directory I have
a .qmail-redhat, and all my mail from the redhat list goes in a separate
incoming folder. Nice feature of qmail).
