Well, I had (for 30 days, but sent it back) a Gateway Solo with Win/95
installed.
I used RH 3.0.3 and the FIPS which comes with it to shrink the WIN
partition (which was 1.2 GB to 500 MB (There was only 250 MB of stuff
on it). I formatted an ex2fs filesystem on the remaining 600 MB, and
installed Linux. Could reboot and all. No problems.
