Oh please! Give poor Erik a break! He's already putting in plenty of overtime
and trying to recover from the flu; the last thing he needs is to become the
default mail gateway for disgruntled Red Hat customers.
It may well be the case that Red Hat needs to improve their customer support,
but placing undue burdens on developers is not a solution.
