An RPM for qmail 0.92 is available at http://www.ia.net/~rsteffen/redhat/.
It's most based on the 0.91 RPM, and has only been used on a couple
machines (that's why I haven't uploaded it to Red Hat yet).
Let me know if you have any problems.
