repost: netcfg and glint problems...

Since I have not heard any suggestin/workaround/fix about my
previous post, I will post it again:
After install RH4 on my IBM Thinkpad755C, I cannot run netcfg
glint and possible some other sys config programs. The error
msg I got is:

[root@zee /root]# rpm -q python

[root@zee /root]# rpm -q netcfg
netcfg-2.12-1
