I have a linux box stand allone at home. I have a successful ppp link to my
university system through a dialin modem. (When I can get on the !!!).
I would like to run pine or emh? directly on my machine rather than on the
uni machine.
Hence I wish to use SMTP for outgoing.
Pine does that with no problems at present.
I have a problem with my retun addresses and I think that is fixable with
aliasis but I know not how at present.
And some kind of pop as per eudora .
It seems fetchpop or popclient are the ones to use but I have yet to be
successful.
Hence any tips or pointers to faq or howto's are appreciated before I tie
myself up.
