All I did after installing the rpm was type startx, and got a very Win95ish Desktop. You'll find the system config file (lots of 'em) in /etc/X11/TheNextLevel. They're all dot files so list them with ls -la.

Copy the .fvwm2rc.m4 file out of /etc/X11/TheNextLevel into your home directory, and you can then beign to customize it for your system.
