These are system-wide config files. You can also have your own config
file that only applies to you. This would be in your home directory, and
called .fvwm2rc95
Just copy one of the system ones into your home directory. At the bottom
of mine are these lines:
#*FvwmTaskBarHighlightFocus
#*FvwmTaskBarAutoHide
*FvwmTaskBarMailCommand Exec xterm-color -T Mail -ls -fn 7x14 -e pine -i
Just uncomment the line with AutoHide, then restart fvwm95.

I wish I knew of a way to do that. I hate it when programs move the
mouse pointer on me. I should be the only one to move the pointer.
