Unless you are mesg y, nobody can bother you if you take away write,
since it's a priveledged command.
And if that doesn't satisfy you, just nuke the account of anyone who
is so blatantly antisocial. Technology is not always the solution to
social problems. (And if you are at a school or something where
nuking isn't an option, see Acceptable Use Policy.)\
