i was just reading the "Red Hat Linux 4.0 (Colgate) General Errata" page
at www.redhat.com, and noticed two problems nothing too important, but
they confused me for a second:
1: section 24 asks us to upgrade to gzip-1.10-6. dont you mean
gzip-1.2.4-6? (i.e. the one on the ftp site?)
b: section 27 specifies lpr-1.10-6 as the fix. shouldn't that be
lpr-0.11-1? (ftp site, again...)
(it seems that you guys really like the latest version number for gpm!)
even though i havent had time to upgrade, i have collected all 32
rpms for updating 4.0 (plus 4 more for g77). this should help ease the
transition...
