	Hi everybody,

now that my new laptop is nicely running RedHat 4.0, I am
trying to fine tune it. In particular, I have installed the APM
(Advanced Power Management) package. However, the various APM binaries
(such as apm, or the apmd daemon) complain "No APM support in
kernel". Does this imply that I have to recompile the kernel with some
additional stuff? Or is there an easier/better solution?

		Thanx, Fabio Favata
