$ rpm -qif /usr/sbin/traceroute | grep Source
... Source RPM: traceroute-1.0.4.4bsd-2.src.rpm
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Try the same for pico (you'll find that it's in the pine source
rpm).
