You can use
ftp://dutepp0.et.tudelft.nl/pub/Unix/Linux/Distributions/redhat-contrib
It mirrors most of the contrib directory (no SRPMS, sorry)
Also, the updates are there, for those of you in Europe who are searching.
(in ....Distributions/redhat/updates/4.0/i386/...)
