My site is looking at using NIS to centralize a userid/password
database (systems involved 2 RH linux + SCO UNIX OS5). Currently
I plan on using one of the linux boxes as NIS master. So how do
I add users (ie normal administrative activity)? Normally I'd
run usercfg and just add the users, but with NIS the maps won't
be updated without a rebuild of the 'dbm' databases (which if this
is correct, what happens to password changes from yppasswd?).
