howdy,
I re-sized several former vfat partitions, /dev/hdb3
and /dev/hdb4, to be mkfs'ed as ext2 and swap. I get this:

Why are they unallocated? How many KB is in one sector?

Why was it busy? I 'umounted' them before repartitioning.
