Greetings Abdulllah. I coped with this problem last night with good
success. What I did was:

1. from sunsite or one of it's mirrors, in system/Printing get the
aps-491.tgz file.
2. create a subdirectory in an appropriate place, such as
/usr/local/lib/apsfilter.
3. untar it in that subdirectory.
4. run the SETUP script to build & install.
5. cd down into test & print a couple of the test files.

If there is any trouble, read the TROUBLESHOOTING file, man pages, or
contact me.

Best!
