Well, yeah.. i didnt complain much becuase I got the help
from this list instead. But I registered through the web page, and
i got my ticket number, my resigtration number and all that stuff.
I sent the email with my question with the appropriate subject line,
and ... still waiting (this is 6 weeks ago). And that's two different
emails with two questions that I sent....
Oh well.
