The ne module only supports one card by default, and the only way to
tell it to support more is with boot-time arguments, as far as I can
tell.

I'm not sure, but you *might* be able to get the second interface
to be recognized even with modules by using the boot-time argument
"ether=0,0,eth1".  Please tell me if that works.  Alternately, try
re-compiling the kernel (as covered in the manual) and compiling
NE2000 support in.  In that case, "ether=0,0,eth1" should definitely
work.

In any case, please let me know what works...
