ftp.uoknor.edu is an official mirror that does, and I have yet to find
them full. ftp.cs.helsinki.fi has devel also. I also have a totally
unofficial mirror at ftp://ftp.cs.cuc.edu/pub/linux/RedHat (sparc, intel,
and srpms only) but it has a low user limit (conversely, higher transfer
speeds).
IOW, go through the mirror list and try all of them. :)
