I uploaded it into /pub/Incoming last week. You need to upgrade the
gcc-rpms as well, since g77 integrates into the gcc source tree.
It might have been moved since then.

Yup.
In addition, it is more compatible and produces faster code with less
bugs. And it's faster. I really hope Red Hat will drop f2c and fort77
in favor of g7 soon.
