I'm running my Stealth 64 Video with 4MB of ram right now.  It runs at
all the 4MB modes (16-bit in 1280x1024, for example), handles the
virtual screens, etc.  I've been running this fine with Xfree86 since
Slackware 3.0!  So, I don't know why you had those problems with
Diamond, but this has certainly worked great for me.  Glad the Number9
works for you!
