There is a 0.10.7 LyX rpm in either incoming or contrib; I d/l'd it  as 
a test and it appears to be fine.  Documentation is being reworked 
right now to be even better than in the past.  Compilation should 
proceed correctly if you install the bxform-0.81 rpm.  There's also a 
mailing list for users.
