Elliot Lee announced a pamified version of ssh 1.2.17. In the
meantime, I compiled it with shadow support without needing
libshadow. I made it on three different RedHat 4.0 installations. One
is an upgrade from 3.0.3, two are new installations. I run configure
and all worked in the right way.
