I am trying to setup metroX and I keep getting this error in the log file
(plus my arrow keys do not work) "couldn't load XKB keymap, falling back to
pre-XKB keymap" I thought maybe it was part of the metroX rpm and did
not get loaded for some reason. No problem I thought I will just do an rpm -e
metroess-whatever and then reinstall it. Well now rpm says that it is not
installed but if I do an rpm -Uvh it says that metroess is already installed.
Please help!! I have read the FM that came with the cd and it does not
appear to shed any light. Oh BTW I did see that I can do a --replace pkg
and force an overwrite, but but this does not fix the metroess problem
or the rpm problem.

One other problem when I send mail out the subject appears in pine to be my
return address. If I look at it in /bin/mail the subject appears normal.
Has anyone seen this or more importantly know how to fix it?

tia
