Red Hat PPP-TIP - new version

After my announcement yesterday, it was pointed out to me that the
standard Red Hat 4 instalation lacks the usual sample scripts.

I have upfdated the PPP-TIP to include the sample scripts and add a
'ppp-off' script. In addition, there is now more information in the tip
regarding the PPP options in the standard scripts.

The tip is available from http://203.29.72.65/

(I am waiting for AUNIC to delegate my domain - sigh).

The tip will be available from the support area of the Red Hat web server
(http://www.redhat.com) when they have time to make it available.
