The new ATX form factor cases that I use have a lock tab on the case
so you can padlock the case shut.  The ATX motherboards all have a 
jumper to *disable* BIOS entry, and the BIOS does allow you to turn
off the booting from floppy.  Add the password to LILO and you are
pretty secure...
