This is assuming that one is upgrading an existing installation. I am
trying to make a clean installation and I get hung up. I put in my
ISP's nameserver name and address in the /etc/hosts list and it still
hangs. Is there any way for me to remove my sendmail daemon and
binaries altogether (if it actually comes down to that)? I did not see
an entry to select for it during installation.
