In pine you see a few things, after starting it. You should type "S"
(for settings) and then choose "C" (config). Choose for
"include-text-in-reply" by standing on it and pressing "X". Press "E" to
exit the settings menu. Try to see if it works by sending yourself a
message with "C" ... then press "R" on the message and then see how it
works.
