Yes, this list is working, if you don't receive anything
the reason is that your ISP SMTP was temporarily down
and this list is set up in such a way that it automatically
unsubscribes a recipient whose address is unreacheable.
This happened to me on Monday when my ISP has a HD crash
and I was kicked off 3 RedHat mailing lists. You have to 
re-subscribe again, send a message to:

redhat-list-request@redhat.com

with this word in the subject:

subscribe
