Well, I just installed RH4.0 and everything seems to be working fine so
far.

I used to have an old, old Slackware setup that I blew away. Now that I'm
starting over from scratch, I'd like to do things The Right Way. Anybody
have any ideas on the following:

1. I have two floppies and, yes, I do occasionally mount them both at the
same time. What should their mount points be? Currently, I'm mounting
them at /mnt/floppy/A and /mnt/floppy/B.

2. Where should I be mounting my DOS partitions? Currently, they're
going to /dos/C, /dos/D, etc.

3. I have /tmp mounted as a separate partition, but I noticed there's
also a /usr/tmp (with a link from /var/tmp). What goes into /usr/tmp?
Any need for /usr/tmp to be a separate partition? Would making /usr/tmp
and /var/tmp both be a link to /tmp be A Bad Thing?

4. The mt utility (and maybe tar?) looks for a /dev/tape link by default.
Should /dev/tape be a link to the rewinding tape device (/dev/st0 in my
case) or the non-rewinding device (/dev/nst0)?

Thanks,
Mark
