Not exactly sure as to why, but I was also getting the "map segment is too
big" message when using the LILO 17 from Red Hat 3.0.3 to rebuild Red Hat
4.0 Boot Floppies. [Might be related Red Hat 4.0's use of RAM Disk
Images?] My solution was installing the LILO 19 from the Red Hat 4.0
Distribution on my Red Hat 3.0.3 System, following which newly generated
Red Hat 4.0 LILO Boot Disks have worked correctly!
