The Vixie CRON can be compiled with full logging or without. I'd
previously recompiled it with logging disabled, so that my log files are
NOT filled with the news that AT jobs were scanned for every minute.

It would be really nice if the logging were a run time option rather than
a compile time one. I asked the author about this, but he sounded
uninterested. I'd be willing to make the code changes for this if they
somehow got propagated and would be there from release to release of
RedHat.

Alternatively, perhaps Redhat could change their copy of the Makefile to
turn off the debugging messages when they build distributions.
