missing man-pages in Colgate

Hi,
There is a lot man pages which is not included in Colgate, there are a few
well-known like shutdown, ... and for crond I' got cron 's man (there is no
crond man) and now I can't know crond 's options. I don't remember all
man-pages which missing, but many times I have to login one of our old machine
to read the manuals :-(. On my old slackware there was this. And a few program
like wall missing, it was just 3K why this is not in Colgate?
